Helping not-for-profit leaders with discrete skill building sessions, with practical tools and frameworks to apply in the day to day
Participant profile
Most of the content in our masterclass series is designed to be applicable across different leadership roles in not-for-profits with a basic understanding of the concepts covered. We encourage participants to enrol in as many sessions as they feel are relevant, including those who would like a refresher.
The exceptions are:
- Cybersecurity leadership, which is tailored to Board Directors and Executive leaders
- Data and analytics, which is tailored to Team Leaders and those handling data in their day-to-day job

Managing difficult conversations
Wednesday 8 May

Understand what makes difficult conversations difficult, different modes of conflict, and strategies to achieve positive interactions
Data and analytics
Friday 21 June

Learn how to break down analytic problems, leverage Excel to analyse data, synthesise insights and communicate answers through an all-day in-person workshop
Talent, growth and development

Discuss the characteristics of organisations that lead on developing talent, and how leaders can leverage apprenticeship and feedback to help their teams stretch and grow
